Privacy Policy
All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions.
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how information about You is collected, used, and disclosed by Your access or use of this Site or otherwise as a result of Your interactions with Us. By visiting this Site directly or through another site, You accept the terms and conditions of this Policy. This Policy applies to this Site. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices on any website not operated by Us to which this Site links or that links to this Site.
We respect children's privacy. We do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information from children under age 13. Elsewhere on the Site, you have represented and warranted that you are either 18 years of age or using the Site with the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any personal information to Us, and rely on a parent or guardian to assist you.
Purchases on this Site
You agree that all of your transactions with or through this Site may, at Our option, be conducted electronically from start to finish.
You are responsible to print or make an electronic copy of these Terms and any other contract or disclosure that we are required to provide to you.
Since we only sell digital products, there are no shipping related terms of service, because shipping service is not provided. Therefore, all claims about "item not being delivered" or "missing" will automatically be rejected as non-valid claims.
You can download all products from our download page, even without making a purchase or starting a free trial, so any claim about the products not being delivered is clearly false.
When submitting your email address during signup when placing the order, you are responsible to use your valid email address. Using any invalid or fake email addresses will result in your account termination and ban from further purchases.
We reserve the right to cancel your subscription and terminate your account at any point and without prior notice.
After subscribing, you will receive an activation code via email. You can download the app from our download page.
Additionally, all the details related to all your purchases made on our Site, are available to you at any moment, simply by logging in to your account. Link is available in the header.
Also, the same purchase details and purchase receipt will be sent to your email address.
If you have entered an incorrect or invalid/non-existent email address, we are not obligated to find a way to contact you. This cannot be used as a claim in your favor in order to obtain the refund.
You alone are responsible for acquiring all the details related to your purchase, including download links, subscriptions and all related product data. If all our methods of providing such data fail, you can still contact us at any time and we might try to resolve this issue.
Refund Policy
We do not offer any refund or money back guarantee. Instead, we offer a 7-day free trial period which is more than enough for product evaluation and for you to decide whether you want to cancel your subscription.
If we do not receive any subscription canceling requests from you, your subscription will remain active and you will get charged for the next billing period.
No refund claims will be accepted, or even considered.
You are free to contact us at any time, requesting subscription cancellation. Once we get this request, you will get a reply and a subscription cancellation confirmation as soon as possible.
After canceling your subscription, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
On your credit card invoice, every charge that comes from our end will show up as Trick-Tack or TRICKTACK. You cannot use any of these as a claim for not recognized/fraudulent charge in order to request a refund.
All refund requests will be denied, without exception.
Failed Payment Processing
If your subscription payment processing fails, for any reason at all, we have the right to cancel your subscription at any point and without prior notice.
Also, we might choose to contact you about this failed subscription processing and try to find a solution to this.
You alone are responsible for keeping your subscriptions active, making sure you have enough funds, making sure you used the correct information during the order process, and requesting subscription cancellation.
Failing at any of the responsibilities mentioned above is your responsibility and might result in your account being terminated without prior notice.
Errors while Ordering Products
If some error happens during the ordering process, you may contact us about this and we'll try to resolve the issue for you.
If those possible errors result in you having multiple subscriptions active, we are not responsible for notifying you about this, nor can any of this be used as a claim for refund.
You can access all the data related to your subscriptions in your account page on our website.
Order Cancellations
Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be canceled within 24-48 hours.
